After submitting my resume online, I was rejected a few days later by email.

The reason I was left with was that they didn’t accept students who would need visa sponsorship after graduation.

What bothered me wasn’t that they couldn’t sponsor visas—it was that it didn’t feel upfront on their careers page, so it became easy to waste effort applying. It left a disrespectful impression, especially since they promoted their roles heavily at my university. Comparing that to a different company’s process, this one felt less transparent and more blunt.
