I first spoke with the recruiter over the phone to discuss the role, and she gave me a solid brief on what would be covered.

After that, I joined a technical interview over video with two interviewers from different parts of the organisation.

The topics were quite diverse, but they all leaned toward optimisation and performance. It wasn’t just generic coding chat—the focus was on how I thought about making things fast and efficient. I didn’t get an offer, but the recruiter’s prep and the clarity around the themes helped the process feel more coherent than it could have.
