I went through a more technical, time-pressured Fujitsu journey with multiple evaluation components and at least one deeper technical moment.

Initial interview — started with a general interview to get to know me.
Technical round — covered topics like Linux plus system-related areas (including virtualization/SAP in one case).
Assessment / test step — in a similar flow, they had time-pressuring tests after the HR call.
Presentation — one version included a presentation stage (for example, describing a portfolio related to SAP).
Final HR — ended with an HR conversation. Outcome: I didn’t move forward to an offer, and the takeaway was that technical breadth plus structured communication mattered.
