My first step was a written test they gave me directly after contacting me.

The test mixed objective questions with a few descriptive prompts, and it felt very centered on verbal English and how clearly I could express myself.

After that, I moved into interviews at increasing levels. I had an in-person conversation with a manager, and the process then escalated into deeper, multi-level discussions—senior manager rounds and even a director/MD-style interview in the later stage. Along the way, the assessments stayed aligned with language and communication: letter-writing topics and essay-style prompts came up as a way to judge both understanding and clarity.
