My interview kicked off with an easy, supportive recruiter touchpoint and then moved quickly into the technical parts.

I spoke with an engineering manager, did a technical phone screen, and was later invited to a virtual onsite. What I appreciated most early was how welcoming the people were—friendly, knowledgeable, and not trying to catch me off guard.

The onsite loop had four rounds, each with engineers covering different angles: roles that leaned front-end and back-end, plus systems and behavioral. The overall vibe was non-confrontational, and even when the conversation got technical, I felt like I could engage rather than just perform. The scheduling also felt respectful—returning quickly to interviewers
