I started with a recruiter call, and it quickly moved into a take-home exam.

They gave me sufficient time to complete it, and once I turned that in, they finally lined up an onsite interview opportunity. The onsite was structured as four rounds, with a mix of technical and role-focused evaluation.

Overall the process felt difficult mainly because of the take-home component and the fact that it stretched the timeline between steps. I went through the whole sequence, but I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the wrap-up left me with the sense that the effort required didn’t translate into a positive decision on their side.
