Fortinet Systems Engineer interview experience

The rounds covered the full range of what the job required, and there were also case-study elements that let me demonstrate my skills in a real-world setting.

Interviewers came across as impressive, and the company overall felt thoughtful about how they assessed me. It was one of those experiences where the structure actually made sense to me while I was in it.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, my reflection was that the process was genuinely high quality, and the interviews gave me enough room to show how I worked.
