Fortinet Systems Engineer interview experience

Calls were scheduled at regular intervals, and I kept getting updates about what would happen next, which made the whole timeline feel transparent.

There weren’t any major negative moments; it really stayed organized and clear. I appreciated how detailed the sequence was, because it reduced the uncertainty that often comes with recruiting.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the reflection was that the communication quality was excellent, and that even when things don’t work out, a well-run process still makes a difference.
