I had an HR screen, then a coding test on HackerRank, and then an interview with the hiring manager.

Once the process began, everything felt relatively straightforward, but there was some waiting time before the first HR screening.

From application to the HR screen, it took about three weeks, and then the screening, test, and hiring manager interview sequence itself took around two weeks total. After the hiring manager stage, I followed up with HR about a week later and didn’t get clear responses on the results.

I didn’t get an offer. My reflection was that the timeline wasn’t terrible, but the lack of closure after the hiring manager interview was frustrating.
