Boston, MAPosted May 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After I applied online, the recruiter reached out and kept in efficient contact throughout the whole process.

I spoke with the recruiter, then I met with the hiring manager and three other team members from the group I would be joining.

The last step was a brief skills assessment. What surprised me—in a good way—was how genuine the conversations felt. Everyone I spoke with seemed focused on getting to know me, my previous experience, and what I was aiming for next in my career.

I didn’t get the offer, but it was still one of the best interview experiences I’d had because the process felt organized and people were genuinely engaged. The main tradeoff was that it was quite long.
