My experience was on the longer side, with a thorough interview day that felt more like a deep screening than a quick conversation.

There was some waiting involved while the panel coordinated, and the overall interview time ended up around three and a half hours, with multiple people involved.

Some parts felt smooth and the interviewers were described as nice and intuitive, but what stood out most was the lack of clarity afterward—if they’d been able to explain why I wasn’t selected, it would’ve helped me close the loop. The process itself felt intense, but not hostile, and it did a solid job of testing fit.
