I applied and heard back quickly, getting a first interview invitation within a few days.

The recruiter started off by talking about a different role at Forrester, then realized it wasn’t the one I had applied for and we shifted back to the correct position.

After that first conversation, I emailed twice to coordinate the second interview we had discussed, but I didn’t receive a reply. Eventually I realized I was no longer in the running when I checked their recruitment portal. The whole experience left me feeling like HR didn’t handle communication in a professional way, which was disappointing because the initial interaction had started on a better note.
