Boston, MAPosted Jul 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a very smooth start with outreach by email and a scheduled phone call.

The recruiter interaction felt easy and well coordinated, and the process seemed organized in the moment.

After that initial step, I just ended up waiting. I never got a clear follow-up or next scheduled round, and eventually it turned into a long stretch of not knowing where I stood.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the reflection I took from it was that responsiveness matters as much as the first impression—the process felt unfinished once it reached the waiting stage.
