Ford Motor Company Software Engineer interview experience

It was short and mostly centered on DSA-style questions that felt manageable if I’d done a bit of LeetCode beforehand. The recruiter also came across as accommodating and laid-back.

I remember feeling like logistics and fit came first, and then the process would route me toward more technical conversations if I advanced. The call itself stayed light, which reduced pressure.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience left me with a sense that the screening was more about baseline signal than a full evaluation.
