Ford Motor Company Software Engineer interview experience

The introductory interview mostly focused on quality-related topics, so the conversation centered on how I approached quality in my work and what that looked like in practice.

It was a smaller, role-aligned screen rather than a broad technical session. I didn’t get into heavy coding or deep systems questions—this round felt like they were filtering for mindset and domain fit.

The overall feel was straightforward and focused, and it made it clear what part of the work they cared about early on.
