Dearborn, MIPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had two rounds: one behavioral and one technical with behavioral woven in.

The behavioral part used a STAR-style approach and felt pretty straightforward.

The technical round was more build-oriented than something like classic leetcode-style problems. One question I remember was about React, so it didn’t feel purely generic.

Overall, it wasn’t the most difficult compared to what I’d seen elsewhere, but I felt like I needed to spread out my study instead of cramming just data structures and algorithms. I didn’t get an offer, and the experience made it clear they wanted practical, role-adjacent engineering knowledge.
