Ford Motor Company Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewer gave a brief introduction of the team, and I introduced myself in return.

The entire session was about 30 minutes, so it was compact. It didn’t feel like it was designed to drag on—it focused on quick alignment and a first look at how I fit.

I didn’t get an offer, but the speed and clarity of the call made it feel straightforward rather than stressful.
