Dearborn, MIPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Once I reached the technical stage, the questions were very full-stack oriented, especially around Angular and Spring Boot.

I got asked about how Angular components communicate, how a Spring Boot API handles requests, and even how to deal with merge conflicts when pulling code with Git.

The whole technical interview felt directly tied to practical engineering tasks rather than generic trivia. The difficulty was right in the middle—challenging enough that I had to think carefully, but not so far beyond typical development conversations.

I didn’t pass and didn’t get an offer. What I remember most was that the questions expected real day-to-day understanding of the workflow, not just theoretical knowledge.
