The interview felt almost like they were already assuming I’d be moving forward.

The interviewer spoke to me in a way that made it seem like I had the job, and the questions stayed narrow and practical.

I was asked mainly about my availability around the Christmas period, including whether I’d be free on Boxing Day. Since my previous role was similar, we didn’t spend much time digging into experience—I mostly got pulled into the timing and scheduling side.

Overall it was an easy, straightforward conversation, and I ended up being offered the role. What I took away most was how much the process leaned on whether I could work the key holiday dates.
