FNZ Software Engineer interview experience

I started with a code and scenario test designed to show technical skills. After completing that, I interviewed with senior staff or a manager to talk through my experience and qualifications, and then I had a final interview focused on fit.

What I remember most was the tone: the conversations felt conversational instead of combative, and the environment seemed supportive throughout. The process didn’t feel rushed, and even though it had multiple stages, it overall felt smooth and respectful.
