The first thing that stood out was the amount of time they spent on the assessment side.

My process began with an online exam hosted on an external coding platform. It ran for around two hours and included multiple-choice questions on core computer science fundamentals, followed by practical coding challenges.

I felt like I handled a lot of it well—I answered almost every question correctly and even hit a few problems where I could tell I’d impressed the interviewers. Still, I wasn’t taken forward. The overall experience left me disappointed because the difficulty level felt genuinely high, and the time investment made it feel like a lot was riding on that test.
