My process felt intense right from the start.

I completed an online test, then moved into an online assessment center that included a coding exercise along with group activities. After that, I had a conversation with someone from the company.

The overall difficulty matched the label—this wasn’t just a quick screen. The mix of coding and group work made it hard to keep a steady rhythm, and I felt like I needed to demonstrate both problem-solving and collaboration in a short time frame.
