My interview flow was very focused on frontend work.

I had an hour-ish live coding session in React, which was exactly what they advertised, and then I followed it up with a culture interview.

The live coding itself wasn’t too difficult for me because I’d recently refreshed React fundamentals. It still required me to write and reason through code in real time, but the biggest part of the experience was making sure I communicated clearly as I worked. The culture interview then shifted the tone toward how I fit and how I think about working with others.
