My process felt drawn out in a way that was hard to manage psychologically.

I started with a set of short videos about myself, then moved into online tests including a PPA and a GIA assessment. After that, I completed an online coding task.

The frustrating part was how little clarity I got after each step. After finishing the coding portion, I didn’t hear back and I still didn’t know where I stood. There was also a long gap between steps, so the timeline didn’t feel smooth—more like waiting in between disconnected stages.

I ended up not getting an offer, and what stayed with me wasn’t just the technical screening, it was the lack of timely feedback along the way.
