Flow Software Engineer interview experience

Eventually a headhunter reached out and helped route my CV after making contact on my behalf. I ended up doing two interviews through the headhunter channel.

After the interviews, the headhunter came back with the reason: they told him they weren’t proceeding because they weren’t happy that I’d applied four times in the same year. It was frustrating because the process moved fast enough to get interviews, but the ultimate decision felt more administrative than performance-based.
