FloQast Software Engineer interview experience

People I spoke with during the interview process seemed drained and worn down, and it was hard to reconcile that with any polished narrative about work-life balance that might show up online.

The process itself didn’t feel especially friendly or energetic, and that physical fatigue in the conversations became the clearest signal I had. Even without deep technical details in my memory, the atmosphere stood out.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the main reflection I carried was that seeing the employees face-to-face gave a much more honest picture than any outside review could.
