FloQast Software Engineer interview experience

In both rounds, I received an automated rejection, which left me wondering whether any real screening took place.

The first time, the CTO added me on LinkedIn, which made the lack of interviewing feel especially questionable—like there might not have been a serious evaluation happening for qualified applicants.

I never got far enough into the process to reach technical rounds, so the experience was basically the same: quick denial without engagement. My reflection was that it didn’t feel like an interview process for someone who seemed qualified.
