FloQast Software Engineer interview experience

I genuinely enjoyed the process because the interview wasn’t built around LeetCode-style questions. Instead, they focused on problems that felt closer to what I’d actually do day to day.

The experience was in the average difficulty range for me, and the conversations stayed engaging throughout.

I didn’t get an offer, but I left feeling like I was being evaluated on practical skills and real-world thinking rather than memorized patterns. That made the whole pipeline feel more meaningful.
