FloQast Software Engineer interview experience

We covered my experience and then got into an algorithm question plus a design discussion. The design portion was done over a shared online text editor, which made it feel more interactive than a typical “tell me about it” conversation.

Even though they didn’t move forward, the call stayed pleasant and supportive. I remember the interviewer giving helpful feedback during the process, which made the rejection feel less abrupt.

I ultimately didn’t get an offer, but it was the kind of rejection that didn’t sting as much because I felt like I understood what was said about my answers.
