Flight Centre Travel Group Consultant interview experience

The call started off fairly conversational, and it covered the usual basics like why I wanted the role and whether I’d be able to work across the kind of schedule they were hiring for. After that, I got invited to a face-to-face assessment day with an email that spelled out what to bring and included a link to an online quiz and a few videos about what it was like working there.

At the assessment day, I was surprised by how small it was. I expected a big group based on what I’d read beforehand, but I was mainly interviewed in a quieter, more one-on-one feel with just another person present.
