Flight Centre Travel Group Consultant interview experience

Vancouver, BCPosted Apr 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I only went as far as the phone interview followed by a group assessment.

It felt like an arbitrary selection method to me—less like a careful evaluation of fit and more like a cost-saving shortcut. Because of that, even though the steps themselves didn’t feel deeply technical, the overall experience felt unfair and demotivating.

I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest thing I walked away with was disappointment in how the process was structured, not necessarily in my interview performance.
