Shenzhen, ChinaCandidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ended up prepping for a little over two weeks, focusing on materials others had shared. The first interviewer was friendly, and the main coding question resembled a merge-intervals style problem, except it was about scheduling ships.

I had to handle input/output and write the solution on a HackerRank whiteboard, which added a little pressure compared to a plain text editor setup. There was a follow-up about how to arrange multiple ships, so the second step built directly on the first idea rather than being a totally separate concept.
