Flexport Software Engineer interview experience

I remember being anxious that it would feel like a pure LeetCode exercise, but the problem turned out to be practical instead.

I spent the hour working through the practical coding challenge, trying to keep my reasoning clear and not overthink it. The interview itself felt like a single, concentrated checkpoint rather than a multi-round arc.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience left me with one positive surprise: the technical question didn’t match my worry about being purely algorithmic.
