Shenzhen, ChinaCandidate report, summarized by Dataford

My Flexport loop felt like it moved through clear gates: a recruiter call first, then an online assessment, followed by several technical video interviews and a final behavioral/hiring-manager style component.

The recruiter stayed communicative throughout the process, and the video interviews were paced like timed checkpoints—VO1 came first, then VO2, then VO3.

On the technical side, I remember the assessment being medium difficulty with input/output expectations, and that theme carried into the first video interview. VO1 felt similar to the OA and I ended up leaning on a hashmap-style approach. VO2 shifted toward system design, which was a very different kind of thinking, and VO3 leaned behavioral. What threw me off was how much the outcome depended on finishing everything within the video
