Flex Software Engineer interview experience

Most of the questions came straight from my resume and engineering projects, and they also pulled in questions from my engineering domain. I remember spending a lot of time being questioned on technical specifics tied to what I’d already listed.

What surprised me in a good way was that the interviewers were friendly throughout, which made the pressure easier to handle even when the material was demanding. I eventually got an offer, and I felt relieved that the effort translated into a decision. Even with how challenging it was, the overall vibe stayed respectful and collaborative.
