During the pandemic, everything happened online, and it felt streamlined from start to finish.

I joined a virtual walk-in on Zoom, and then I went through a technical round that lasted roughly forty-five to sixty minutes. After that came a telephonic conversation, and then an HR/manager round.

The process didn’t feel chaotic—more like a sequence they ran reliably. I ended up speaking to multiple people across the recruiter-style screen, the technical portion, and then the HR and manager discussions. The difficulty was moderate overall, but the online format made it easier to stay focused on the questions rather than logistics.
