Denver, COPosted Apr 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I actually made it far enough to receive an offer, and I was preparing to accept.

The timing felt straightforward at first, and I was excited enough to plan my next steps.

Then two days later the offer was rescinded over email, with no phone call and no explanation beyond referencing a “no feedback” policy from HR. That abrupt reversal was the main feature of my experience—going from yes to a dead end almost immediately.

I didn’t get the kind of closure I needed, and it left a real disappointment behind. Looking back, the hardest part wasn’t just the loss of the offer, it was how little transparency there was when things changed.
