Denver, COPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Account Executive role with a pretty enjoyable, low-friction vibe.

The process had a recruiter and hiring-manager flow, and then it moved into a mock cold call before I spoke with a senior manager. Everyone I met felt friendly and easy to talk to.

I didn’t end up getting the offer, and the reason I heard was basically that I was less experienced than what they were looking for. Even so, the conversations themselves were a good experience—nothing felt hostile or chaotic—just like they were trying to evaluate whether I could do the job immediately.
