I went through a short, three-round process that moved at a faster pace than I expected.

After the first interview, I had a case-focused round and then one more interview to round things out, with the case preparation happening on a compressed timeline—about a week of prep using the materials they provided.

In the case portion, I was asked to walk through the situation and explain how I was thinking. Even though I walked out feeling like I’d done poorly, the feedback I received afterward didn’t match that fear, which made the whole experience feel surprisingly supportive. The environment also felt engaging and learning-oriented, with staff that were friendly and easy to talk
