I went through a four-stage process that felt pretty direct.

First came a written aptitude round with both general aptitude and English. Then there was a written technical section covering basics of C#, SQL, and .NET.

After the written parts, I had a technical round focused on basic programming concepts. The final round was HR, and the emphasis there was more on communication than heavy technical depth.

I didn’t receive an offer. My honest reflection is that the structure made it easy to follow day-to-day, but the competition still came down to how quickly I could translate fundamentals into accurate answers under the test conditions.
