I kicked things off with recruiter and technical phone screens, then moved into what was described as an on-site sequence with multiple rounds.

I experienced the structure as two behavioral rounds and two technical rounds, including an algorithm and system design discussion. On paper it sounded standard, but the logistics felt off: a lot of interviewers arrived late—typically five-plus minutes—and some were disruptive enough that it threw off my rhythm.

During one later on-site stage, the person I spoke with didn’t even introduce himself right away; he made me wait while he finished a message. When it came time for me to ask questions, he asked for a moment, muted his mic, and disappeared off-camera for at least a minute or two.
