I experienced a pretty slow timeline overall.

After the initial HR screen, there was a phone screen and then an onsite interview with three different people.

The interviews themselves were easy, and it didn’t feel heavy on technical difficulty. The main problem was time—there was a long delay and I didn’t hear back for a while.

I never ended up receiving an offer, and what stuck with me most was how dragged out the process felt even though the interviews were straightforward.
