Fanatics Software Engineer interview experience

Over about three weeks, I went through a recruiter round, then a technical interview, followed by a culture interview, and finally a manager interview. The questions and format stayed consistent enough that I always knew what was coming next.

Overall it didn’t feel overly complex—more like they were trying to see how I thought and how I worked with others. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience left me with the sense that the steps were fairly direct and the timing was predictable. The whole thing just moved at an organized clip, without any big surprises.
