Fanatics Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I was put into a panel setup with multiple rounds: two behavioral interviews in STAR style, one coding interview described as medium LeetCode difficulty, and a system design interview that followed typical design problem expectations.

The whole process felt average to difficult, which matched the density of the panel. After finishing, I tried to get in touch with the recruiter to understand timing and next steps, but I never got a response back. That silence at the end was what made the experience feel incomplete for me, and it left me without an offer.
