My process felt unusually quick and organized.

I started with a recruiter call with nothing technical, and soon after I got sent a Codesignal test right away. Because I had a prior score in the 790s, I submitted that and then didn’t have to wait long before scheduling the next steps.

The final stage included two technical interviews plus a hiring manager conversation. The technical rounds weren’t exactly standard LeetCode—they were more about reasoning through and implementing practical code while effectively pair programming. I liked that structure because it made the problem-solving feel interactive rather than like a timed puzzle
