My process started pretty lightly.

I had a short HR phone call where we covered basic behavioral topics—things like introducing myself and talking through prior work or projects. It felt efficient, and I was notified within days.

After that, I was directed to an online coding step. The whole flow was straightforward: if the coding test went well, I would’ve been invited to the onsite stage. I never got that far, but the early screening portion felt clean and organized, even if it didn’t end in an offer.
