I interviewed for a Research Analyst (Benchmarks) role with three stages: a substantial online exam, then HR, then a subject-matter panel focused on strategic and technical depth.

Online examination — about 60 minutes assessing technical skills/knowledge (plus enough breadth to test more than just basic familiarity).
HR interview — around 30 minutes covering career goals, relevant experience, and cultural fit.
Panel interview (SMEs) — about 60 minutes evaluating strategic thinking, problem-solving, and technical expertise.
Written/finance + English test (alternate path to final HR) — for another instance in the same journey style, I was screened then given a written test covering finance/accounting, some economics, and English
