I interviewed for the Research Analyst role with a focus tightly on financial statements, and the rounds felt fairly rigorous where I had to explain treatment and accounting details.

Initial / HR discussion — I talked through my background and answered questions meant to confirm fit for the role.
Technical interview — I was asked mostly about the structure and treatment of financial statements, with follow-ups and some questions about my projects.
Additional interview / final — the conversation stayed technical and accounting-oriented, including EPS and related financial concepts. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the takeaway was that being able to clearly explain financial-statement treatment and connect it to real projects mattered most.
