I interviewed for the Research Analyst role at FactSet in an organized, test-heavy journey that felt average overall, with finance and accounting knowledge as the main focus.

Assessment test(s) — I completed aptitude/written testing (including finance and shares-related items); in one version it included many stock/finance questions.
Technical interview — I answered finance/accounting topics such as basic accounting, cash flow concepts, and other reporting-style questions.
HR round (light but present) — I discussed personal information and role fit, alongside more general HR-style questions.
Panel / technical discussion — I went through additional technical questioning, often similar in scope to the earlier technical set.
**Final
