I went through a tougher EY Parthenon consultant funnel with longer lead times and heavier written/quant components, plus manager-level case and fit—generally a more demanding vibe.

Long screening window — waited several weeks after applying; early rounds took place on repeated mornings.
Senior/manager interview + test — combined an hour behavioral/fit conversation with a 45-minute difficult paper-based QCM from a booklet.
Multiple rounds with slow feedback (in one path) — interviews were spaced out and communication of results took a long time.
Aptitude-first approach — completed IQ-style or GMAT-style exams, then moved into case work.
Quantitative-heavy case focus — when cases appeared, they demanded strong data handling and clear insight
